I am currently representing a global company specialising in industrial pump solutions across industries such as water treatment, food & beverage, chemicals, and energy. With over 60 years of experience and thousands of employees worldwide, they are continuing to grow and are looking to strengthen their inside sales team in the Netherlands.

In this role, you will support sales growth by managing customer accounts, preparing quotations, and working closely with the external sales team on larger projects. You will develop technical and commercial knowledge, with full training provided through structured onboarding, product training, and ongoing sales development programmes, including international exposure.

The successful candidate will have a relevant degree or initial experience in a commercial or technical environment, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset. This role offers a clear progression pathway into Business Development or Field Sales positions.

The Role:

• Manage customer enquiries, quotations, and order processing
• Support account management and build long-term client relationships
• Work closely with external sales teams on larger deals
• Develop technical understanding of products and applications
• Identify opportunities to grow sales within your customer base

The Candidate:

• Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field OR some inside sales experience
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Commutable to Vleuten, Netherlands
