Are you looking for an opportunity to work on the certification of a unique aircraft programme?
Do you have experience writing certification documentation within the aerospace or aviation industry?
I am currently representing an innovative aerospace manufacturer with over 100 years of engineering history, specialising in the design and manufacture of specialist aircraft. They are entering an exciting stage of development and are looking to expand their engineering team with a Stress / Certification Engineer to support the certification of their latest aircraft.

In this role, you will be responsible for producing mechanical stress certification reports and supporting the certification process in line with EASA and FAA regulations. You will work closely with Production, Flight Testing, Airworthiness and Quality teams, ensuring all technical documentation meets the required certification standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in bringing an exciting new aircraft programme to market.

The successful candidate will have previous experience writing aircraft certification reports, a strong understanding of stress analysis, and be fluent in English. Experience with MSC Nastran/Patran would be advantageous but is not essential.

You will be joining an established aerospace manufacturer in a technically challenging role where your work will have a direct impact on the successful certification of an exciting new aircraft.
The Role:

  • Producing mechanical stress certification documentation for aircraft
  • Supporting Production, Flight Testing, Quality Assurance and Airworthiness teams
  • Conducting stress analysis and ensuring compliance with certification requirements
  • Working to EASA CS-23, FAA Part 23 and associated certification standards
  • Preparing technical reports and documentation for regulatory approval


The Candidate:

  • Experience writing aircraft certification reports
  • Aerospace or aviation industry experience
  • Knowledge of stress analysis
  • Experience with MSC Nastran/Patran is desirable
  • Fluent in English
  • Commutable to Wessling, Germany
